The Receivable Management Services Corporation (RMS) is licensed and/or bonded to do business in every city, state, province, and international location as required by law.  We maintain a full-time licensing staff including attorneys, paralegals and support personnel, to continually insure our compliance with state and federal laws and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). 

RMS is an accredited, certified member of the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA) of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA).  Certification by the CCAA is limited to those select agencies in the U.S. who continue to meet the Association's rigorous criteria for professional service and ethical treatment of customers and past-due debtors.
