RMS’ Pueblo Office Celebrates 5th Anniversary

RMS, the leader in business-to-business Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), is celebrating the 5th anniversary of the opening of their facility in Pueblo, Colorado. This premiere Service Center provides first and third party recovery services, as well as customer service, to a wide variety of the company’s over 20,000 global customers. Opened in 2005, RMS Pueblo has already experienced three expansions to achieve their current staff level of almost 500 employees, and an additional 100 are currently estimated to be hired by the end of the year.
“Both our customers, and our global RMS family, are delighted with the exceptional quality of service and work performed by our Pueblo center,” stated Karl Nicosia, RMS Vice-President and General Manager, BPO. “The dedication and energy of our RMS Pueblo associates has been integral in driving expanded business requests from our customers and this center’s continued growth.”
RMS Pueblo will be having a formal celebration of the anniversary on July 20th with their employees, local development and business organizations, and invited guests. Attending the festivities from the RMS Corporate Headquarters in Bethlehem PA will be Karl Nicosia, Vice President and General Manager of BPO, along with Carol King, Vice President of Human Resources, and Walter Kristick, Chief Information Officer. Also visiting will be senior personnel from another of RMS’ principal Service Centers located in Tucson (AZ). For all those in attendance, special activities and a luncheon will being provided.
