RMS Recertified for PCI Compliance for 4th Year with both VISA and MASTERCARD

RMS, the leader in business-to-business Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management, has again been recertified for the fourth consecutive year with both Visa® and MasterCard® as a PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant service provider. Once again, this year’s certification covers not only the RMS headquarters facility in Bethlehem PA, but also their data center in Leonia NJ and 3 satellite offices located in Tucson AZ, Pueblo CO, and Gurgaon, India. The PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standards) is a multifaceted security standard that includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. The leading credit card providers have collectively adopted PCI DSS as the requirement for all organizations that process, store or transmit payment cardholder data.

“Since the inception of the PCI program 4 years ago, RMS has been proud to be able to achieve and maintain our certified member status,” stated Walter Kristick, RMS CIO. “PCI Compliance continues to be an important customer requirement and vital component of our IT Security management program.”
