David Huebner, President and CEO

Having joined the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in 1971 as a Business Reporter, David steadily progressed through various sales and operations positions. Over the years, he served as a District Manager, Director of Customer Services, Regional Vice-President/Midwest, and General Manager of Sales. In his current role, David leads one of the world’s largest third-party commercial collection agencies, and a rapidly growing business process outsourcing business. A Baker University graduate, he holds a B.A. Degree in math and economics.

Forrest Old, Executive Vice-President

Forrest joined the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in 1977, progressing through various sales and management positions. Some of the positions he held include Manager of Government Services, Vice-President of Product Planning and Research, and Vice-President of Strategic Planning. He has been active in RMS senior management, both domestically and internationally, since 1992. In his current capacity, Forrest is responsible for marketing, technology, the insurance segment, Canada and overseeing strategic initiatives. He earned a B.A. Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and his M.B.A. degree from the City University of New York.

Michael Kronenfeld, Chief Financial Officer

In 1983, Michael joined the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation as a Computer Applications Specialist from which he progressed through various finance positions up through Vice-President of Finance RMS. Currently, Michael is responsible for Finance and Planning, Human Resources and Legal. In addition, he serves as the General Manager of RMS’ Deductions Management and Reconciliation Services and has responsibility for RMS’ businesses in Hong Kong and Mexico.

Mike Baldwin, President of U.S. Business

Mike joined the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in 1984 as a Senior Sales Representative, before advancing through a variety of sales and product development positions. Some of these included Vice-President of Sales for D&B’s largest sales region, President of Market Data Retrieval (responsible for a $50 million D&B Company) and Senior Vice-President of Sales at D&B, managing all sales regions and telesales. Mike joined RMS in 2002 and is a Siena College graduate, holding a B.A. Degree in Marketing.

Mitchell Benveniste, Controller and Treasurer

Mitchell joined the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in 1971 as Manager of Financial Reporting and subsequently held various senior financial positions, including Assistant Controller in the Credit Information Business, Vice- President and Controller for Business Information, and Assistant Corporate Controller. He joined RMS in 2001 and is responsible for the company's accounting and treasury operations. In addition, he has finance and operational responsibility for RMS Canada. A Certified Public Accountant, Mitchell is a member of the NYS Society of CPAs, the AICPA and Financial Executives International. He earned a B.A. Degree in Economics from Queens College and a M.B.A. Degree from Bernard M. Baruch College.
