David Huebner, Chairman
David assumed the role of RMS Chairman in 2009, after having held the position of RMS President and CEO since 2001. He continues leading this best-in-class provider of commercial collections/recovery services and accounts receivable business process outsourcing with the same dedication and commitment he has exhibited in his over 35 years in the industry. His career began in 1971 with Dun & Bradstreet as a Business Reporter and over the years steadily progressed through various sales and operations positions including roles as a District Manager, Director of Customer Services, Regional Vice-President/Midwest, and General Manager of Sales.
Mike Baldwin, President and CEO
Mike is a 25 year veteran of the business-to business information services and business-to-business outsourcing industries. He spent the first 18 years of his career at Dun & Bradstreet, serving in multiple leadership roles. Among his titles were President of Market Data Retrieval (a D&B company) and Senior Vice President of Sales for D&B Information Services, responsible for National Sales, Regional Sales and Telesales channels. In 2002 Mike joined RMS, where he assumed responsibility for U.S. Sales, Business Development and Operations. Prior to his current role as RMS President and CEO, he served as President of the company's U.S. Operation.
Michael Kronenfeld, Chief Financial Officer
Mike brings over 25 years financial expertise to his current role as RMS’ Chief Financial Officer. In 1983, he began his career with Dun & Bradstreet as a Computer Applications Specialist from which he progressed through various financial roles leading up to his holding the position of Vice-President of Finance for the division of the company that was eventually divested in 2001 to become RMS. Since RMS became its own company, Mike has held the role of CFO while also being responsible for Finance and Planning, Human Resources and Legal Services. In addition, he serves as the General Manager of RMS’ Deductions Management and Reconciliation Services and has responsibility for RMS’ businesses in Hong Kong and Mexico.
Mitchell Benveniste, Controller and Treasurer
Mitch joined RMS in 2001 and as Controller and Treasurer is responsible for the company's accounting and treasury operations. In addition, he has finance and operational responsibility for RMS Canada. He began his career in finance back in 1971as the Manager of Financial Reporting for Dun & Bradstreet, and subsequently held various senior financial positions, including Assistant Controller in the Credit Information Business, Vice-President and Controller for Business Information, and Assistant Corporate Controller. Mitch is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the NYS Society of CPAs, the AICPA and Financial Executives International.
