• Personal Line Recovery – Immediate contact will be made escalating the collection process from letter campaigns, telephone contact, to litigation in order to maximize collection results.
• Subrogation – Investigating, tracking and documenting claims that have been passed from one creditor to another requires special training and expertise to insure accuracy. With experienced subrogation collectors RMS can efficiently resolve outstanding issues and generate payment.
• Deductible Recoveries – RMS will contact, investigate, document and collect deductibles allowing for repairs to be made, or service started in response to a claim. This can represent significant dollars and in some cases, as the claim is investigated, it may become evident that the deductible should have been covered by another party.
