Something many companies neglect to consider when deciding to conduct business in countries other than their own, is what will happen if you don’t get paid?  We normally all have an idea of what options and legal processes are available to us within our own countries, but don’t have a very good idea of what it may be in others.  The following country fact sheets* contain details on each country’s collection practices, documentation requirements, and legal process as they all relate to getting paid and collection practices.
