Have collections worked in the name of your company (1st Party) or in the name of RMS (3rd Party), with the ability to seamlessly escalate the process from one to the other. RMS will dedicate to your account an associate educated in the terminology, processes and contract language of both your industry and country.  

Collection Letters

RMS DebtAlert® Letters are a proven, low-cost method of generating payments.  These letters escalate the urgency of the debt and can contain your  customer data to facilitate cash application of payments for companies where multiple transactions by a single account are often received.  

Documentation Services

A documented report of the collection efforts may be required in cases such as requests for government tax refunds or a bankruptcy proceeding.  RMS is well versed in providing the detailed research and proper paperwork needed as support materials in these situations. 

Attorney Services

RMS allows you to move your collections through a logical, effective progression of requests and ultimately to select from non-litigation (no legal repercussions mentioned) or pre-litigation letters/contact (warning of a suit being filing) to litigation (suit filing).  We contract and work directly with appropriate legal representation within the country, or countries, involved to insure efficient and effective services.
