Legal Aspects of Collection and Bankruptcy - Understand your company’s rights and the options available to a creditor when collecting on receivables. Learn the various chapters in bankruptcy and what to look for when continuing to do business with a debtor in bankruptcy.

Fraud Management - Understand the predominant types of fraud—internal, external, commercial, online, and Internet fraud. Participants will learn how to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud and fraudsters; and how to design comprehensive counter-fraud programs to reduce risk and meet regulatory compliance standards.

Electronically Stored Information (ESI) - This workshop will address how the new federal rules impact a company’s electronic communications and records retention policies. Participants will learn how to comply with new laws and regulations and strategies for responding to litigation.

Credit and Financial Analysis - Participants will be provided with the necessary working knowledge of how financial information can be analyzed and used as a tool to assist creditors on how to evaluate and assess credit worthiness.

Financial Statement Analysis - This seminar teaches how financial information can be analyzed and used to assist creditors in assessing financial worthiness of a client. Learn when you should seek more in-depth answers from a debtor.

Financial Analysis II - This one day workshop is a continuation and a recommended follow up to our Financial Statement Analysis course. This workshop will refresh the student’s basic skills in Financial Analysis with more depth and additional tools to make them a complete credit professional.

Financial Statement for Procurement - This workshop will provide participants with a basic working knowledge of how financial information can be analyzed and used to assist procurement professionals evaluate both opportunity and risk with existing vendors and also aide in new vendor selection.

Documentary Credit (Letter of Credit) - For international transactions, learn what information is critical for inclusion. the documents you will need to have as support, and the types of credits that will benefit your importer/exporter.
