Agency Bill Process: Insurance Services
The Receivable Management Services Corporation (RMS) has designed their ABP to carefully balance the management of accounts to maximize efficiency. It covers the entire spectrum of options and categories that can occur within the agency bill process including agent and evidence research, disputed balance negotiations, payment difference disputes, agent promise-to-pay follow-ups, etc.
RMS has built into this process the flexibility for cases to be reviewed as either individual or group policies, with multiple sorting capabilities to approach collection treatment matrices in different manners. The system accepts file feeds from all of the most commonly utilized formats (e.g. XLS, TXT, CSV).
