Our associates are highly trained and experienced in dealing with business-to-business transactions which often are more complex and detailed then consumer collections requiring greater business knowledge and negotiating skills.RMS collectors take the time to review, understand, explain and work with the debtor to generate maximum payment.

What We Do

• Immediate and repeated collection letters and calls placed by associates trained in industry specific terminology and processes from our industry specialized offices
• Skip-tracing of accounts with non-working phone number and returned mail
• Reporting to the D&B or Experian credit files (at your option)
• Technology utilized includes collector workstations, Dialers, ACD (automated call distribution), IVR (Integrated Voice Response) and seamless file exchange with customer systems

Collection Letters

RMS DebtAlert® Letters are a proven, low-cost method of generating payments that consists of a series of 3 letters, each escalating the urgency of the debt. Information you supply on individual billing items can be included in your letters to facilitate cash application where multiple transactions are present

Telephone Collections

RMS assigns a dedicated associate, one educated in the terminology, processes and contract language of the industry, to work on your team and improve the collection of non- or late payments. RMS can provide collection needs in the name of your own company (1st Party - BPO) or under our own name as a 3rd Party contractor. All collections are done in compliance with state and federal laws and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). RMS is an accredited, certified member of the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA) of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA).

Attorney Collections

RMS has partnered with a national network of law firms to provide comprehensive collection services when an attorney is needed. Options include non-litigation (no legal action mentioned) or pre-litigation (warning of a suit being filing) letters/contact, as well as filing suit.
