This is a series of three collections letters sent by RMS on your behalf that clearly
convey the seriousness of the delinquency situation and your escalation of the collection
process. The ‘Final Notice’ letter states you have the option of reporting
the debtor to publicly accessible credit reporting agencies. Please read the notice to the right before proceeding.

This option combines the power of the DebtAlert Letter Series with the skill of
a professional collections agent. Speaking directly to the debtor is a serious
process governed by state law. RMS is licensed and/or bonded to do business
in every international location in which we do business, and maintain a full-time
licensing staff including attorneys, paralegals and support personnel, to continually

Our international experience allows us to utilize a combination of collection services
to initially address slow payers in the most effective and efficient means possible
as dictated by country laws, culture, and language. Whether we use collection letters,
personal telephone contact or a combination of the two, RMS is licensed and/or bonded
